- I was born in July 26, 2008 in Bloomington Hospital. Spent another year happily with my parents as a hoosier in The US, we went back to motherland in July 2009. Since then, I am continuously growing. My dad is in Basrah, Iraq for the last five months and I and mom are looking forward to his coming back next month. I am trying to learn both Turkish and English, which I can't say is always fun. Don't know if the nurses injected me anything but I am still feeling strongly like a hoosier. One day hope we will visit you and you are always welcome to Turkey to check how Cola Turka tastes like. Everyone, be good, bye. ne konusuyor bu kadin anlamadim ama annemin dediklerine hic benzemiyor. zaten uykum var, hic cekemiyorum. neymis efendim, kendimi gelistirecekmisim, ve neler neler. neyse kayoko teyzeme sorayim bu hangi dilmis, en azindan ne ogrendimi bileyim canim, Cince midir, Japonca midir...
(Hey Auntie Kayoko! I need your help on an issue. What language is this, for heavens' sake? Chinese or Japanese? I wanna know, at least, what I am to learn. Please tell my dad this is a nonsense and stop him torturing me. Or, tell me if this is a pain necessary for me and I will consent to my destiny)

The TV program was in Japanese. Nilgun seems to understand what the content was. Probably, her daddy has to start learning Japanese. Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to communicate ;)
ReplyDeleteno auntie, I didnot understand a thing, really. plus, you should better be more respectful to my daddy, because as my dad taught me, "さもなければ私は殺す必要がある場合もある"!! No kidding!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking sometimes with my little mind, why there are zillions of languages in the world and why all the people don't just speak turkish, instead... isn't it weird, ha?
